About the TN GRI Chapter

The TN GRI Chapter is an organization dedicated to furthering Realtor professionalism in the Real Estate industry. Unlike many traditions, the GRI program has kept pace with a changing industry. Course content and instructors are frequently updated, so new students can pick up the skills and knowledge needed today — and tomorrow. The GRI program includes a complete curriculum of short two—day and one—day courses designed for a busy REALTOR®'s schedule and preferences. For added convenience the GRI courses may be taken in any order.

Courses are also fully accredited by the National Association of Realtors®, and by the Tennessee Real Estate Commission — allowing students to earn both credits toward their GRI designation and credits for their continuing education needs.

Administered by the Tennessee Real Estate Education Foundation (TREEF) and through the Tennessee Association of Realtors®, the GRI program is operated with the full cooperation of REALTOR® Boards and Associations across Tennessee.
